HIPA is organized by Fraunhofer SIT in Darmstadt and the Cybersecurity center at the Hebrew Univerity of Jerusalem and connects one of Europe‘s leading research locations with Israel‘s vibrant start-up scene. HIPA is addressing students of computer science and engineering, and brings together top cybersecurity talents from Israel and Germany. German and Israeli participants will jointly work on cutting edge cybersecurity projects focussing on network technologies, internet infrastructure, software security or other interesting topics. The program starts with one week of entrepreneurship training and technology lectures in Jerusalem, Israel, that lays the foundation for two months of targeted development. The results are reviewed and finalized in one week of applied technology training in the Digital City of Darmstadt, Germany, and presented in a team pitch at a conference in Berlin.

Requirements:
• Master student or recent graduate in computer science or engineering
• Citizen of Germany, or holder of a permanent residence permit
• Passport or visa that allows you to enter Israel for the intended purpose
